Food Hygiene (Level 4)
DURATION: 5 days
ALL INCLUSIVE: Training, Equipment, Exams and Certificates
EXAMINATION: Candidates are required to undertake two assignments of approximately 2500 words which must be successfully completed before entering for the two and half hour written examination
REQUIREMENTS: There are no prerequisites for this qualification. However it is recommended that learners already possess a Health and Safety qualification at Level 3.
